Join the Prairie Acre Club

We need your help connecting people and prairies. By becoming a member of the Prairie Acre Club, you will get your name connected with the acre(s) of your choice on the map! Your monthly donation will help us restore, maintain and improve our grasslands while creating opportunities for people of all ages.

1/2 Acre

$25 / month

Your name (or Company name) will be added to one half acre on the Gjerloff Prairie map and remain there as long as you’re a member of the Prairie Acre Club.

1 Acre

$50 / month

Your name (or Company name) will be added to 1 acre on the Gjerloff Prairie map and remain there as long as you’re a member of the Prairie Acre Club.

2 Acres

$100 / month

Your name (or Company name) will be added to 2 acres on the Gjerloff Prairie map and remain there as long as you’re a member of the Prairie Acre Club.

Your email receipt will give you the option to select the acre of your choice.

Your ongoing monthly commitment will help with all areas of our important mission - improving the landscape with our prairie restoration work, providing opportunities for people to connect with the land and making improvements to our eight preserves so everyone can enjoy the beauty of our grasslands.

Note: By donating to the “Prairie Acre Club,” you do not own nor do you have exclusive access to the property, and all property remains under the ownership and management of Prairie Plains Resource Institute. When you visit your acre, please do nothing to harm or add to this wonderful wild place. Your donation is applied to our general operating fund, which supports the maintenance and stewardship of our preserves. Your donation is tax deductible. Please contact us if you would like to cancel your ongoing monthly membership. Thirty days after cancellation or credit card expiration, your acre will be made available to the public for adoption.
