Robber Fly
Robber flies look threatening with their large eyes and somewhat bee-like flight pattern and sound, but they are harmless creatures to humans. They are, however, very threatening to the insects that they prey upon. One of the prairie’s fascinating predators, robber flies are always interesting to look at.
