Patiently Waiting

South side of Education Center

Winter wasn't especially conducive to construction progress, but we did manage to get all the windows installed on the south side of the Education Center.

Isn't it pretty? Even in its unfinished, rustic state, doesn't it just make you want to walk through the prairie, talk about stuff that really matters, eat some good food, listen to music, relax?

Well, that's what it's there for.  I mean, that's what it will be there for when we get it finished. The hard thing right now is finding the money, but we're working on that.  We've always been a patient organization, and were going to keep looking for just the right person or corporation or foundation that thinks that spending time on the land talking and planning and sharing ideas is important.

I know they're out there.

And I know the Center and all it means to the future of Prairie Plains is worth waiting for. So we'll just keep working on the Center when we can and sharing the dream with everyone we see.

And we'll continue to be patient.
